MUSCAT, Jan 28: A youth panel discussion, titled “Emirati-Omani Footprint: Success Stories Inspiring a Future Entrepreneurial Generation,” took place in Muscat on Wednesday.
The event was attended by officials and entrepreneurs from both Oman and the UAE.
Organized by the Federal Youth Authority of the United Arab Emirates in collaboration with the UAE Embassy in the Sultanate of Oman, the session aimed to spotlight inspiring models of young Omani and Emirati talents who have significantly impacted the development process. It also emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation and the exchange of expertise among Gulf youth to cultivate a generation capable of innovation and leading change.
The panel explored four main themes, including the leadership’s vision in empowering youth and fostering success stories, as well as the role of Omani institutions in developing the entrepreneurial identity of youth. Furthermore, the session reviewed Gulf youth models excelling in innovation and entrepreneurship, and discussed the challenges young people face along with how these can be turned into opportunities for making a difference in their journey towards success.
